Gabrielle worked alongside longtime friend Elle Ferguson on behalf of Tresemme Australia. Complementing Elle’s signature golden locks, Gabrielle created high end, on trend looks emulating the runway styles for New York Fashion Week.
In June of 2020, Gabrielle was flown to Sydney to work alongside GHD legend Graham Norton to launch the brand new GHD 'Rise', their first Volumising Hot Brush. Doing what she does best, Gabrielle demonstrated her expertise as an educator and launched the product via video tutorial, working on a live model.

In February 2020 Gabrielle was announced as one of the Australian ambassadors for powerhouse brand, Tresemme. She was flown exclusively to New York City to recreate runway looks and experience first-hand the life behind the work at New York Fashion Week.
Mermade Hair launched their brand new hot wave tool and simultaneously announced its new home - exclusively at Salon Gabrielle. With waves of influencers invited in salon to try out the product, the doors of Salon Gabrielle opened for the first time as an event space.
Longtime client of Gabrielle, Lana Wilkinson, launched her new shoe line, 'Lana Wilkinson Shoes'. For the event, Gabrielle created various looks for Lana ensuring each hair style perfectly complementing Lana's product line.

Working alongside socialites Jesse Murphy, Rozalia Russian and Jordan Ablett - the team at Salon Gabrielle created the simple but powerful hair styling for their Bardot Mother's Day campaign. Think tousled waves, loose tones and clean lines with each style elevating the product.
A highlight of Gabrielle's career was being personally requested to spend time at the Stallone family home in Beverly Hills. In preparation for an exclusive photoshoot, she styled daughter of icon Sylvester Stallone, Sophie Stallone.

Sophie Monk flew into Melbourne to attend the salon launch of her friend Gabrielle Roccuzzo. Monk, a long-time client of Roccuzzo, joined guests including reality TV show stars Maththa Kalifatidis and Keira Maguire, plus businesswoman Roza Russian, Kylie Brown and Lana Wilkinson. Salon Gabrielle has officially opened in Moonee Ponds. “I’m so proud of Gab and excited to see her salon flourish,” Monk said.

In 2019, Gabrielle flew in to New York to work on set for Australian brand Kookai on their Autumn/Winter campaign, ‘New York State of Mind’. Styling international model Talia Richman and Victoria’s Secret model Megan Williams, she elevated the campaign with her signature Gabrielle waves.
The highlight of Gabrielle’s career was working her magic backstage for notable brands including Christian Siriano as they showcased their latest range at New York Fashion Week. Styling an array of public figures and models, Gabrielle was catapulted into the forefront of the international stage.
Gabrielle flew to Sydney for the ARIA Music Awards and made what is arguably the biggest hair statement for the evening on none other than DJ Havana Brown, showcasing soft waves with bold and voluminous texture.
Flying into LA to personally style Larsa Pippen, close friend of the Kardashians, was a magic moment for Gabrielle. Larsa sported Gabrielle’s signature tousled waves, cementing the golden touch that she brings to every client.
